You will be required to submit an electronic logo, a video and any other company electronic ID material, sell sheets, powerpoints, etc. to VIA by January 22. We will send you a specification sheet with the required formats and lengths after registration.

You must schedule a representative from 2 – 4 hours during each 24/hr period while you are a featured entity in the Pavilion so that attendees can chat with your representative to establish a relationship with attendees to communicate the products and services of your company. A schedule will be posted in the conference area each day that indicates the company and the time your representative will be available.

The cost of the conference fee is $3,700.

The registration deadline is Tuesday, January 16.

A limited number of billboards are available at $425/each. Custom games and other interactive learning tools may be created if time available. Cost to be determined based on your needs and specifications.
